CLIFFCLAN CAMP

Situated on a flat rock bed on the edge of a fast-flowing river near the center of the territory, the camp is split into two levels in case of a flood. Surrounded by cliffs to the north, the camp is protected from cold northerly winds. With the cliffs curved around one side, and the lake around the other side, the camp is well defended from attacks.

Entrances and Exits

Step Stones

A set of step stones crosses a fairly shallow part of the lake from the training sands to the shore of the camp, which forms the main entrance in and out of the camp. Most Cliffclan cats don't bother with the stones, preferring to swim to camp if they aren't too burdened with prey after a hunt.

Behind the Elder's Log

A hidden entrance for use in emergency evacuations. Hidden behind the log where the elders make their den on the upper level of the camp, is a tunnel in the cliff that leads out to the bottom of a ravine on the other side of the cliff.

Up the Cliff

Another emergency exit known only to Cliffclan cats; there are a set of pawholds that the most surefooted cats can use to climb to the top of the cliff to escape if necessary.
